Rob – Missional Leadership Training
Rob Pitts is at British YFC Headquarters in Halesowen this week starting a 9 month course in Missional Leadership. MLS will stretch, challenge and develop his leadership skills and comprises of four 3 day residential gatherings throughout the year where delegates will take part in learning sessions facilitated by experienced leaders including Roy Crowne, Jill Garrett and Mike Pilivachi.
In between gatherings there will be a number of relevant tasks, book reviews and character studies to work on. Rob will also have a mentor to help him reflect on what is being learned and put it into practice in his own leadership.
